About The Position
The General Manager leads the restaurant and supports the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. The role includes local store marketing and helping the restaurant achieve sales and profit goals while ensuring it delivers quality food and service. The position is with the Arby’s brand, part of Inspire Brands.
Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant and its Meatcraft® operations.
- Support the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to local store marketing.
- Help achieve sales and profit goals.
