About The Position
As a General Manager at Dunkin’, you are responsible for overall restaurant operations, including local store marketing and achieving sales and profit goals. You will support the Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. The role requires readiness to begin work at 4 a.m. and open availability to accommodate changes or variations in the work or location’s schedule.
Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
- At least 18 years of age, or older as required by applicable law.
- Exceptional team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
- Able to begin the workday at 4 a.m.
- Maintain open availability to accommodate changes or variations in the work or location’s schedule.
