About The Position

Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training to help fulfill its purpose of creating smiles and lifetime customers. The role offers leadership development and the opportunity to grow within the company. The manager in training models the company’s safety values, delivers exceptional customer service, supports carwash operations and quality, completes maintenance after training, and helps team members develop.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an associate or bachelor’s degree, or management experience in the service industry.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work five days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods, up to eight or more hours per day.
• Be able to work with urgency.
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Be able to push and pull drums and materials using appropriate equipment.
• Be comfortable working near or around moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Be able to operate and use electronic devices.
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
