About The Position

At Crew Carwash, the purpose is to “Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers.” As a Fast-Track Manager in Training, you will have the opportunity to develop as a leader while contributing to a customer-focused carwash operation. The role includes serving and advising customers, supporting quality and safety, completing maintenance after training, and coaching and developing team members. The position offers training and growth opportunities.

The role requires working five days per week across opening, mid, and closing shifts in a fast-paced operations environment. It also involves physical activity, including extended standing, moving materials, climbing, and working near moving mechanical parts, as well as exposure to all weather extremes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work five days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Ability to push and pull drums and materials using appropriate equipment.
• Comfort working near or around moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate and use electronic devices.
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
