About The Position
The General Manager leads the restaurant’s Meatcraft® and supports the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. The role is responsible for local store marketing and helping the restaurant achieve sales and profit goals while ensuring it delivers high-quality food and service.
Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
