About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment, stocks ingredients, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes related paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also includes delivering products by car to customers’ doors and delivering flyers and door hangers. The position requires accurate and quick basic arithmetic, making correct monetary change, communicating with customers and co-workers, entering orders by keyboard or touch screen, and navigating to delivery addresses and sites, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other locations.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.

Responsibilities
