About The Position

Firebirds is seeking an experienced, hardworking General Manager who is passionate about the hospitality industry. The General Manager serves as an example of sincere hospitality for team members and guests, ensuring they are well cared for and have an extraordinary experience. The role requires maintaining a professional appearance and supportive manner while leading by example and maintaining an important presence in the dining room. The position oversees the entire restaurant operation, including front and back of house, and offers growth opportunities, learning and development, and support from team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager.
• Warm, passionate, and committed to the hospitality industry.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure.
• Self-actualized and motivated.
• Self-disciplined, with a maintained professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including front and back of house.
• Be responsible for overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure menu adherence.
• Strive to achieve company goals.
• Oversee financial performance.
• Oversee scheduling for all front- and back-of-house team members.
• Conduct inventory bi-weekly in a team effort.
• Supervise ordering for front- and back-of-house operations.
• Develop the management team and hourly staff.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and service.
• Set the standard for sincere hospitality with team members and guests.
• Partner with the front-of-house, back-of-house, and chef management teams.
