About The Position

Oscar Mobility is seeking a General Manager to lead its US business. The role will strengthen performance in Wisconsin, build the US team, and lead expansion across the Midwest and into new states. The General Manager will own US strategy and P&L in close collaboration with Oscar’s global leadership team, combining commercial leadership, operational execution, and market development. The role includes determining where Oscar should compete, setting investment priorities and growth and profitability targets, managing budgets and KPIs, and leading expansion from market assessment and partner acquisition through launch and ramp-up. The General Manager will lead and develop teams across sales, partner management, and customer service, adapting Oscar’s model to the US market and working with product, operations, marketing, and leadership on necessary changes. The General Manager will also grow the dealership partner network, improve existing locations, and spend time in the field with partners and customers. Oscar Mobility describes its model as an asset-light, data-driven platform that helps dealerships and workshops generate revenue from idle vehicles through rental and subscription services. The company has more than 650 locations across the US and Europe and works with dealerships at more than 45 locations in Wisconsin. The US team currently has 6–7 employees.
