About The Position

Team Wow is seeking a General Manager to lead a Domino’s restaurant in the Denver Metro area. The role focuses on hiring and staffing, team training and development, customer service, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, safety, and operational performance. The General Manager is expected to monitor daily metrics, coach drivers and team members, address incidents promptly, and participate in weekly General Manager meetings.

• Must live in or be moving to the Denver Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Log in to RapidHire daily to support hiring and identify strong candidates.
• Review Evernote feedback from the Director of Operations or District Manager with the management team.
• Drive with one driver each week and provide feedback on efficiency and improvement tips.
• Train drivers in “smart hustle.”
• Review SUTUS reports daily and work toward zero calls on hold and 90% of calls answered in fewer than two rings.
• Keep detailed daily notes on free items given away.
• Maintain load times and wait times at three minutes or less.
• Improve driver and in-store hustle to reach an EDT of 18 minutes.
• Maintain 85% DOT.
• Provide a daily to-do list to support exceptionally clean and well-maintained restaurants.
• Hire friendly, exceptional people who demonstrate a welcoming attitude.
• Maintain Perfect Product in the store.
• Prepare stores to score well on the EOC.
• Attend and participate in weekly General Manager meetings.
• Immediately report incidents to the Director of Operations or District Manager and provide necessary paperwork to insurance companies.
• Hire and staff the store to eliminate overtime.
