About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by following Chili’s recipe procedures, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, communicate ticket times, and keep food orders moving continuously. The role calls for a friendly, caring approach to working with teammates and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
