About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment and prepares products, stocks ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, and receives and processes telephone orders. The role includes taking inventory and completing related paperwork, as well as cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The position also involves delivering products and promotional materials within a designated delivery area and navigating varied delivery locations and terrain.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
