About The Position

Domino’s franchise JPC LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, scheduling, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. The role requires setting a strong example and consistently following company policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. General Managers may earn a profit-share production bonus based on controlling costs within established goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Judgment, math, and multitasking skills are needed.
• Preferred: at least one year of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant operations and outcomes.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash, and manage customer relations.
• Set an example for team members and follow all policies and procedures while ensuring the crew does the same.
