About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Pizza Makers. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills while preparing pizzas and serving customers. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, and clean equipment and the facility. Pizza-making techniques are taught, and employees work together to provide good customer service.

Requirements

• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
