About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a performance-driven General Manager to lead spa operations, team development, guest experience, sales, revenue, and profitability. The General Manager owns spa performance, including key metrics, reporting, and P&L, and builds a strong, accountable team that consistently delivers service excellence and a World Class Client Experience (WCCE). The role balances people leadership with business acumen. It involves growing memberships, service utilization, and retail performance; using data to identify opportunities; optimizing scheduling and staffing; and executing local marketing and community outreach initiatives. The organization offers support, training, advancement opportunities, and a people-first culture.

Requirements

3–5 years of leadership experience.
Proven success driving sales and team performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
