About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operating a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading the team, maintaining high customer-service standards, and ensuring exceptional product quality. The role offers a potential path toward franchising for eligible store managers, as well as opportunities to become a Trainer or Regional Manager. General Managers receive a stated salary of $1,275.00 and may also earn bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and performance. The position requires working a minimum of five closing nights each week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and working weekends.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid U.S. employment authorization permitting work in the United States.
- Some management experience is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Friendly and able to work well with others.
- Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and efficient in time management.
- Must work weekends.
- Must work at least five closing nights per week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; this is non-negotiable.
- Able to motivate, train, and develop a team.
- Able to follow company policies and work as part of a team.
- Must ensure store calls are answered after the first ring.
