About The Position
Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional service while assisting with the ordering process. The role also includes in-store duties and opportunities to learn about the pizza delivery business. The position pays an hourly base rate of $17.00. Schedules are flexible, with work mostly on weekends and evenings; the role is described as suitable for part-time hours. The position can provide a path toward management and the Management Development Program, with the company noting that it promotes from within. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Some computer experience is helpful. Physical tasks may include standing, walking, sitting to complete paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, and frequent reaching. Team members may use pencils or pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, a pizza cutter, and a pizza peel.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and able to work well with others.
- Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and respond to customer concerns.
- Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies and work as part of a team.
- Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
