About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to manage a store and help achieve company goals. The role includes building sales while managing costs, controlling inventory, developing team members, monitoring financial performance, preparing schedules and store paperwork, and communicating national promotions. Applicants must be able to acquire military base access.
Requirements
- Food management experience.
- Experience managing others.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to acquire military base access.
- Subject to drug testing and a background check.
- Schedule includes days, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Build sales to meet company goals while managing costs.
- Control inventory.
- Train and develop competent and capable team members.
- Monitor Profit and Loss statements to control line items, and complete store reports and paperwork.
- Use available tools to develop weekly schedules.
- Communicate national promotions.
