About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including controlling costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations. The role sets an example for the crew, follows all policies and procedures, and expects the same from team members. The General Manager makes schedules, orders products, trains team members, and hires staff. General Managers may earn a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

• One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
