About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role is based inside the kitchen and includes taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members are trained in pizza-making techniques and work together to provide good customer service. This is described as an entry-level or second-job opportunity for people interested in developing teamwork and customer-service skills.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain an organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
