About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. Team members work in the kitchen and serve customers by taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, operating the cash register, collecting payments, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following Domino’s grooming standards. Paid training is provided, and the position is presented as an entry-level or second job with opportunities to develop skills and grow within the organization. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including work for as little as a day or two a week.
Requirements
- A fun, friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers.
- A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude.
- Pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
- Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Work as part of a team to provide good customer service.
