About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role works in the kitchen and serves customers by phone and at the counter. Team members learn Domino’s pizza-making techniques and work together to provide great customer service.

The position may suit someone seeking a first or second job, developing customer-service and teamwork skills, or picking up extra hours. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work only a day or two per week.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
