About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. In this entry-level role, team members work in the kitchen and serve customers by taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, operating the cash register, and keeping equipment and the facility clean. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and taking pride in the work. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including work one or two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, maintaining an organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
