About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers while contributing to a fun, team-oriented environment. Team members take phone and counter orders, make pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, operate the cash register, collect payments, and clean equipment and the facility. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and opportunities to develop customer-service and teamwork skills.

• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
