About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver (Delivery Expert) to deliver orders and support store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to grow within the organization, and a stated pay rate of $17.13 per hour plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers may deliver as a primary job or as supplemental work.

The position involves delivering products to customers, distributing flyers and door hangers, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, and cleaning the equipment and facility approximately daily. Applicants must be at least 18, have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year, meet company safe-driving standards, and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. A criminal background check is required.

Additional offerings include paid training, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and tips paid out after each shift. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington law. Health care benefits are available to full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week after applicable waiting periods. Dental and vision plans are available for purchase. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multistory buildings and private homes.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
