About The Position

As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team for success. You will create a welcoming environment for clients and employees, represent Chase’s brand and culture, deliver banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with specialists to support clients’ financial needs. This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators and requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. Continued employment is contingent on meeting these requirements, including registration after starting and timely completion of annual renewals and updates. An employment offer is also contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant information; a felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies candidates from consideration.
