Requirements
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Experience as a manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Practical experience in restaurant operations
- Ability to lead a team and develop staff
- Ability to provide a high level of hospitality to guests
- Interest in managing numbers and improving operations
- Legally authorized to work in New York
Responsibilities
- Overall restaurant operations
- Management of sales, costs, labor costs, and other financial matters
- Recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Creating staff schedules and staff management
- Improving guest service
- Customer service and handling customer complaints
- Health, sanitation, and safety management
- Coordination with headquarters and business reporting
- Planning and implementing measures to increase sales and improve restaurant operations
