About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an ambitious General Manager to join its growing team. The company provides a paid training program, and prior pizza experience is not required. The role offers opportunities to develop management and customer-service experience, advance within a company with 56 stores across the United States, and contribute to community initiatives, including local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Applicants must be over 18, have at least one year of management experience, and have open availability. Driving-history and driving-record standards apply to anyone operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must have open availability.
- No pizza experience is required; training is provided.
- To drive for business purposes, an 18-year-old must show at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must show at least one year. A learner’s permit period may count if documented by an appropriate government authority, and an officially stated license is required.
- To drive for business purposes, applicants may have no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Applicants cannot drive for Domino’s with violations involving leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the store team and operations.
- Raise funds for local charitable donations, help feed people in need in the community, and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, if required.
