About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager with ambition to grow within the company. No pizza experience is required; the company provides a paid training program. The role offers opportunities to build management and customer-service experience and advance across the company’s 56 stores. The General Manager will also support community involvement, including raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must have open availability.
For business driving, an 18-year-old must have at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the motor vehicle record evaluation; a 19-year-old must have at least one year.
For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years and no more than three in the preceding three years.
For business driving, no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
Drivers must not have disqualifying violations, including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
A learner’s permit may be used only to confirm driving history; an officially stated license is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a Domino’s Pizza store.
Support community initiatives, including raising funds for local charitable donations and feeding people in need.
Support fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
