About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance into a General Manager role. The company provides a paid training program and welcomes applicants without pizza experience. The position offers opportunities to develop management and customer-service experience, grow within a company with 56 stores across the U.S., and contribute to community initiatives, including local charitable fundraising and support for people in need and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Applicants must be over 18, have at least one year of management experience, and be available either Saturday or Sunday or every other weekend. Operating a motor vehicle for business purposes is subject to the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must be available for either Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
No pizza experience is required.
To drive for business purposes, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year.
A learner’s permit period may be used only to confirm driving history when documented by an appropriate governmental authority; an officially stated license is required.
To drive for business purposes, applicants may have no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
Applicants cannot drive for Domino’s if they have a record of leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.

Responsibilities

Participate in the paid training program.
Help raise funds for local charitable donations and support community initiatives, including feeding people in need and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, only if the stated driving requirements are met.
