About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment, stocks ingredients, prepares products, processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes associated paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility. The role also involves delivering products to customers and distributing flyers and door hangers. The General Manager leads by example and coaches and trains new employees. Work conditions vary.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
