About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The General Manager sets an example by following all policies and procedures and expects the crew to do the same. The role also involves operating equipment, preparing products, managing food and staffing, training employees, creating schedules, completing paperwork, and maintaining the equipment and facility.
