About The Position

Oddfellows Liquor Bar is seeking spirited, energetic individuals who are eager to work hard, collaborate, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a passion for hospitality.
  • Must be able to work late nights.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Can speak loud and clear in a bustling restaurant atmosphere.
  • Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
  • Have experience in a bar / restaurant leadership role for at least 2 years.
  • Engage in friendly conversation with guests in line.
  • Develop knowledge of all ingredients and menu items.
  • Effectively handle any guest complaints or issues.
  • Maintain a positive presence at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily operations of the entire location, ensuring smooth function and optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Manages team members, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Handles budgeting and maintains high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
  • Addresses guest concerns and implements marketing strategies.
  • Collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance efficiency and maintain a great guest experience.
  • Responsible for food & beverage ordering and team scheduling.
  • Delegates duties to others effectively and respectfully.
  • Oversees product rotation and organization.
  • Communicates instances of coaching to constantly evaluate and give feedback to team members.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Provides supervision to others through coaching, motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks.
  • Holds team members accountable.
  • Maintains LNS standards and codes of conduct.
  • Oversees and maintains a high level of culture and hospitality throughout their location.
