About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role also performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, while managing a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. The General Manager is expected to maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment and appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• At least 18 years old.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, inventory, and cash control during the shift.
• Handle customer relations and provide positive customer service.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Serve as a punctual, positive role model and leader for employees.
