About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of pizza store operations at the Dora, Alabama location. The General Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and driving business growth. The role includes leading store operations and staff, managing finances and inventory, resolving customer and operational issues, and collaborating with upper management to achieve company goals.

Requirements

At least one year of experience managing a pizza store establishment.
Proven track record of team leadership and staff development.
Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and profit/loss management.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
