About The Position

As an Assistant Manager for Domino’s, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. You set an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from your crew. You work with the team to set and execute goals, creating a positive, upbeat environment while getting the job done. The role supports the company’s focus on making hot, fresh food, delivering it in a timely manner, and taking great care of customers and team members. The daily routine includes preparing the store through walkthroughs, reviewing results and setting team goals, checking communications, supporting training and certifications, and following up on position checklists. During rush periods, you direct the team and flex into areas as needed, prioritize customers, monitor product quality, and coach remakes. You ensure team members end their shifts on time and complete post-rush walkthroughs so the store is ready for the next rush. You also communicate results and follow-up actions to other staff.
