About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, scheduling, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. The role requires setting an example, following all policies and procedures, and holding the crew to the same standards. General Managers may earn a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals, in addition to the stated achievement bonus. The listed pay range is $23.00–$25.00, plus an achievement bonus ranging from $400.00 to $2,000.
