About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers by phone and at the counter. Team members prepare pizzas to Domino’s standards, provide friendly customer service, and maintain a clean, organized facility. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and presents the role as an opportunity to develop customer-service and teamwork skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain an organized work environment from the customers’ viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
