About The Position

JPC, LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Pizza Makers/Customer Service Representatives. This entry-level role works inside the kitchen, taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and taking pride in the work. The position may suit someone seeking a first job or a second job to build team and customer-service skills. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including one or two days per week.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain an organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
