About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role is based in the kitchen and includes taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members work together to provide great customer service in a fun environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for people seeking to develop customer-service and teamwork skills and take pride in pizza making.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to serve customers.
