About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. This entry-level role works in the kitchen and serves customers by phone and at the counter. Team members are trained in pizza-making techniques and work together to provide good customer service in a fun environment. The position may also suit students or people seeking additional hours alongside another job.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
