About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role works in the kitchen and serves customers by phone and at the counter. Team members prepare pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, take pride in creating consistent products, and work together to provide good customer service in a fun environment. The position may suit students or people seeking a second job or additional hours. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including working one or two days a week.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make pizzas and other products consistently according to Domino’s guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
