About The Position
Slice of Eden LLC, a locally owned and operated Domino’s Pizza franchise serving the State College, Pennsylvania community, is hiring a General Manager to lead its State College team. The company seeks an experienced, motivated leader who can build a strong team, take ownership of store performance, and deliver exceptional results. The role offers a $55,000 base salary, performance bonuses of up to $18,000, additional sales-growth incentives, autonomy and support from local ownership, and opportunities for advancement into upper management. Performance is evaluated through measurable goals, including service times, operational costs, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The position is based at 540 Westerly Parkway, State College, PA.
Requirements
- Proven restaurant leadership experience.
- Strong labor, food cost, and inventory management skills.

Nice To Haves
- High-volume quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience.
- Experience with average weekly sales of $30,000 or more.
