About The Position

The General Manager will lead a mechanical contracting branch and oversee mechanical construction and mechanical service operations. The role is accountable for branch P&L and management of more than 50 employees. The GM must have a strong understanding of construction contracts and the construction life cycle, and must network and develop additional business to maintain a steady flow of work.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of mechanical construction work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor, in a role such as Branch Manager, Project Manager, Preconstruction Manager, or similar.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Seasoned knowledge of construction contracts and the construction life cycle.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred in lieu of trade experience.
