Mechanical Construction Project Manager
About The Position
The Project Manager will be responsible for commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects in Jacksonville, Florida. The employer is an established mechanical contractor with more than 50 years of experience in north Florida. Its work includes new installations, renovations, prefabrications, design-build projects, and heavy mechanical services such as process piping, cryogenic piping, central energy plants, deluge systems, and traditional mechanical systems. The company has multiple Florida offices and is part of a group that also provides general and structural contracting services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Project Management work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred in lieu of trade experience.
