About The Position
The Mechanical Construction Project Manager will manage commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects in Jacksonville, Florida. The employer is an established mechanical contractor with experience in installations, renovations, prefabrication, design-build, process and cryogenic piping, central energy plants, deluge systems, and traditional mechanical systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred in lieu of trade experience.
