About The Position

The company is recruiting Senior Project Manager- and Project Manager-level professionals to lead major mechanical construction projects, including large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. These roles own project lifecycle performance and drive operational execution, financial performance, and coordination across internal teams and subcontractors. The position offers the opportunity to contribute leadership to project success and client satisfaction at a high-performing MEP contractor based in Richmond, Virginia.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in mechanical project management involving HVAC and/or plumbing.
A proven track record managing projects valued at $5 million or more.
Stable work history demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and coordinate across disciplines.
Experience leading full project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout.
Ability to manage procurement, subcontractors, and daily operations.
Strong collaboration with field leadership to maintain schedules and productivity.
Proficiency in project P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Experience handling RFIs, submittals, and change order processes.
Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing installations.

Responsibilities
