About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for every facet of store operations. The role is reserved for candidates who have advanced through the Company ranks as a CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager, or who have prior industry experience and are willing to work with the Company until a position becomes available. This salaried position offers the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus based on store operating results. It is the most demanding position in the store and requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. The General Manager typically works five or six days a week, including weekend day and/or evening shifts. For the right candidate, this position may lead to franchise ownership.
