About The Position

General Managers oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide overall leadership and supervision of operations and are accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, and profitability while creating an inclusive and engaged environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of and ability to demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including POS and ATS systems.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
