About The Position

Pella is seeking a General Manager (GM) for the Geneva, IL branch. The GM is responsible for managing the sales and order fulfillment processes and teams. This includes overall strategic planning and execution of sales and order fulfillment functions to assure the company’s continued growth and profitability with specific emphasis on sales growth, process improvement, customer satisfaction, cost of quality, and people development. Responsible for P & L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Responsible to lead members of management effectively to deliver total customer satisfaction, company profitability, and market share growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dedicated leader across sales and operational teams with a successful track record increasing revenue. This is an on-site role with limited travel. The Geneva branch office is located at 2053 Geneva Drive, Geneva, IL 60134.
