About The Position

Superica Strawberry Hill is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and a dynamic team. The General Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant in an open, positive, and approachable manner, including monitoring the restaurant, controlling seating, overseeing menu changes, and hiring, training, and developing staff. The role monitors team service and performance and anticipates guests’ needs to ensure their satisfaction. The General Manager leads daily meetings and fosters an educational, positive work environment. Superica offers Tex-Mex cuisine across brunch, lunch, and dinner in an Old-West-inspired, relaxed yet upbeat setting in Charlotte’s Strawberry Hill neighborhood.

Responsibilities
